I moved in 2022. Rent was cheaper then. ($1050 for a 2-bedroom townhouse-style unit with a private backyard). Rent increases yearly. I now pay $1550. Heat, hot water, & gas are included. Parking is assigned. People WILL take your spot. Tow them. Experiences here vary heavily depending on the specific building, unit, & neighbors. Some areas are quieter than others. Avoid 20-39. My unit was not in good condition when I first moved in, but maintenance improved over the years. Requests are usually handled in a reasonable time frame. There was a new laundry room, but tenants destroyed it, so it’s often out of order. The biggest issue is who your neighbors are. I’ve dealt with loud music, neglected dogs, & serious pest problems caused by surrounding tenants. I never experienced roaches until a neighboring unit developed an infestation that spread here. Pest control treatments are done regularly, but problems can continue if tenants do not cooperate. Management: AVOID DANIEL. Talk to GIANNA.
