I couldn't sign my lease until my move-in day, and management seemed surprised I was moving in even though my lease started that day. I also didn't receive the Warren House Handbook until after signing, even though it contains important community rules that would have been helpful during the tour. There have been several small issues with the apartment. Maintenance responds quickly, but many fixes seem temporary rather than permanent. The property advertises the surrounding fields as a benefit, but they're almost always reserved, so residents rarely get to use them. The community also has strict rules—you can't put anything showing personality in viewable spaces ex. windows, lawns/patios, and even doormats/door decorations are discouraged. The security cameras are also closely monitored which can feel excessive. Overall, there are some positives, such as responsive maintenance, but prospective residents should be aware of the strict policies.
