This apartment is not up to code, 311 has been called multiple times by multiple units in the building such as leaks, frozen pipes, insects, mice. There are holes in ceiling of the garage that are right under bedrooms. No door to garage for fire safety. Heat is 400 on average in the winter keeping the thermostat at 65 degrees. Multiple windows in the unit do not open. Landlord does not pay property manager Roy and this leads to communication issues. Property manager and maintenance come into apartment unannounced. In the lease but they do not remove snow.
