Seemed promising before moving in, looked in good condition, was told it was updated recently. The microwave had to be replaced because it started smoking & the 22 y.o. dishwasher died. Both took longer than typical to replace just so it could be particular off-white shade. Some windows wouldn't open & most had 1" gaps at the top. Took months with repeated checking in before fixed. Was told the house was very quiet, but can hear constant upstairs walking, TV, radio v. late at night. "Central AC" is rly a single zone mini split for only 550sqft. Basement dryer is free but takes 2 hrs. Hot water lasts in shower for ~20 mins & takes a while to build back up, so plan accordingly with roommates. Breakers trip often for no reason; tenants not allowed to flip breaker back either. Was given a list of house rules after move in, like no putting any bottles out with recycling bc of "street people" taking them. Landlord replies were prompt but often rude & condescending.
