From the move-in walk through I knew I had really “stepped in it” with these people. Rude, aggressive, unprofessional, and unwilling to acknowledge the sub par condition of the space. Rent is high and the space doesn’t reflect the amount of money I pay to live here. I went three months without a dryer and they didn’t even have the decency to respond… simply ghosted. They seem to change their LLC and file for bankruptcy every few years. I also saw a notice of a lien placed on the property for $2k and threatened foreclosure if not rectified. Needless to say I don’t have much faith that I’ll get my security deposit back. We’ll see how the story ends in a few months. The name of their current LLC is LaBenhill - run for your life.
