Ocean Management

Living in this unit was one of the worst experiences of my life. The management company will tell you that there’s a family living above you but it is actually a college football team that throws parties multiple times a week with hundreds of people. They will harass you, and the landlord does not care and will not do anything to support you. There are also issues with water leaking through the baseboards and mold. Very unhelpful landlord, and maintenance only does very surface level fixes.
