A/C unit full of black mold, landlords took a month to replace it. Hole in glass door, snowed inside. During winter, all windows iced over. With heat on full in winter, apartment wouldn’t get above 65F. Cockroach problem, landlords wouldnt handle in a timely manner, eventually threatened legal process, they sprayed only my unit despite building-wide problem. Random men constantly smoking on deck. Main entry doors didn’t lock reliably, and one time the lock failed and I couldn’t access the building for a day. Alleyway door is constantly open allowing full access to building and roaches and rats to come into the building. Mold everywhere. I have a chronic illness and I got significantly sicker living here. Sinks don’t drain. Floor above me flooded. Someone down the hall threw a number of parties, guests threw up in hallway, was never cleaned. Management would enter my unit unannounced for no clear reason (no tickets open). Never live here.
